Some of my Twitter followers have requested ingredients to my favorite salad. Everyday, every salad is different. But here is my salad today:

I use a very large bowl and I fill it with baby romain and green leafy spinach.
I chop a few carrots and celery
Add half a red pepper
Add a handful of almonds
1/4 of an avocado
1/4 of an apple
1 can of tuna fish (packed in water)
2 tbsp of Balsamic

Voila…the 5′ meal!
