Now that Summer is right around the corner, I am enjoying my favorite smoothie recipe.

Here it is!

1.5 cups of soy milk
1.5 cups of frozen fruit
1 acai frozen stick
10 almonds
1 scoop of vanilla Interphase Protein powder
A few ice cubes
and about a cup of water

Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy.

This recipe is about 500 calories and I enjoy it after a hard bike or run session.
