I’m feeling so much better and I am definitely on the up-swing!
However, I guess I didn’t anticipate how bad my muscles would feel after being that sick. My muscles are so dehydrated from being depleted that after running 60′ (or even swimming 60′), my entire body feels as though I had just finished an Ironman. So for the next few days, it’s easy does it. I look forward to getting back to my healthy, hearty self!
